Job description 

  • Well-understands about document procedures.
  • Issue bill of lading/ airway bill of lading, filling E-manifest for both import & export cargoes if needed, filling AMS/ ISF for cargoes to USA/ Canada, issue invoice to make balance with agent at destination, update report to Ops Manager directly.
  • Assist Operation manager in all operation activities: outbound, seafreight, airfreight, customs formalities.
  • Have very good relationship with Customers, and other sales activities are encouraged if you can.
  • Other activities will be discussed in the interview. 

 

Job requirements 

  • College/University graduate.
    • Good English skills (both oral & written).
    • Good communication & negotiation skill.
    • Good skill of computer.
  • Can work well under high pressure.
    • Dynamic, open minded, quick learner and adaptive.
    • At least 1 year of experiences in shipping/ logistics/ forwarder is advantage.
